   a. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team via email at support@jobtalentica.com or through our official communication channels.

   b. Timely Notification: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled start date of the training program. Any cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

   c. Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their training program to a later date subject to availability. However, rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original start date.
    

2. Refund Policy:

   a. Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within the specified timeframe, a full refund of the enrollment fee will be issued to the original payment method.

   b. Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the specified deadline may be subject to a partial refund at the discretion of our administrative team. This may depend on factors such as the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred by JobTalentica.

   c. Non-refundable Components: Please note that certain components of the enrollment fee, such as administrative fees or study materials, may be non-refundable.

   d. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
